| Hello! Well, it's springtime already! I was just looking at flowers for my wedding today, trying to decide if I'm going to do mostly fake and some real flowers, and what kinds of flowers I'm going to use! There's a lot of deciding to do in wedding planning! We shall see... The wedding is going to be on June 9, 2007! So, if any of you think you'll be in western Washington during that weekend, let me know, and I'll save you some cake! ..or better yet, come on in and celebrate along with us! We've decided to make the bridesmaides dresses, since there are no pretty, conservative dresses out there at the moment! Yesterday we sewed together a short version of Sarah's dress out of an old sheet! We wanted to make sure it would fit before we cut out the satin for her dress. It was kinda fun, but very interesting. First, I got the pieces mixed up and had to rip a seam out that was the length of the dress, and then it looked like something was mixed up. It's a good thing my mom's going to be helping us! We plan to take some pictures sometime in the next couple of weeks! YAY! I'm sorry I haven't posted any pix, we only have a few. But I'm hoping that that will change very soon! He just hates to have his picture taken, and the pictures we do have are all on his phone! Have a greeaaaaaaat Day! Brenda | | |
| Merry Christmas!!! I hope you all had a very pleasantly wonderful one, remembering what Jesus did and celebrating with family and/or friends. I personally (there I go, talking like Tim) had very nice one. We spent Christmas Eve and Christmas with our own seperate families, since it is going to be the last one we have as single people.. We did spend saturday evening at his family's house. That was nice.. PLEASE pray for us Today, I worked until 2, came home, started to play a game with my sisters and Grandma, when my mom got a call from my brother Garrett saying John (my other brother) had fallen while skiing, gotten a concusion, and headed to the hospital in an ambulance. So I went with her to the hospital. He's fine. I finally got to my friends' house at 8:15 (I was supposed to get there about 5) for an after-Christmas party. We played games, exchanged gifts, and headed home about 10 o'clock. Tim and I talked until 11:20, and then I got on here. We are thinking of setting the wedding date as the 16th of June, but the 17th is father's day, and his birthday is on the 19th. So yeah,.......I'll have to get back with you on that one still. When I hear back from my teachers about final test dates, I will have more of an idea of whether I can set it on an earlier date or not.. God bless you all! Brenda | | |

This simple yet gorgeous ring is very precious to me! More than just a beautiful piece of jewelry, it's a priceless token of Tim's Love and Commitment to our relationship. It's value can't be found in the monetary value of the diamond and gold it's made from, or in way the light hits it and makes it sparkle. It's true value is found in the love that it symbolizes. ![Engagement_day_12_16_06[1]](http://x06.xanga.com/06ad3b634613296714145/z67805529.jpg)
Q: What is Love? Is it just a desire or a feeling? A: Love is patient and kind. It's not jealous, not boastful, or proud. It's not rude, not selfish, not easily angered (not irritable), it keeps no record of wrongs (doesn't hold grudges). It doesn't delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. Love always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. ~ Love never fails ~ How is it that in God's infinite wisdom and grace He made one woman specially for every man- to be his companion, to care for him, to share with him, to encourage him, and to love him. God has given me a purpose, a passion, a joy that knows no bounds, and a man to hopefully share all these things with. I am SO blessed. I pray that by God's grace I will be faithful to truly love my future husband as I aught to, like God has always loved me. How does a June wedding sound?! We're thinking it'll be possibly mid-June of this coming year. I'll let you know what we decide! | | |
| He popped the question this morning (at midnight of the 15th, so morning of the 16th lol)!!!!!!!! I'm sooooooooooooooooooo excited!!!!! Alicia will be getting a call from me VERY soon!!!! Love you all and appreciate your prayers!!!!! | | |
| I'm thankful for SNOW!! We have been without power or phone lines (we do have cell phones) since Sunday evening!!! We've had tons of fun, carrying around flashlights, battery-powered lanterns, oil lamps, and jar candles! Since the fridge doesn't hold the cold so well with everyone getting into it, we emptied everything into a container and filled it full of snow!!!
Every once in a while we'll start up the generator and have some light and run the freezers. Last night I cooked steak and green beans and stuff on the woodstove. I forgot to rap some potatoes in foil and put them inside, but I was plenty full anyways!!! It's been fun. The worst part has been the toilet situation.......peee eeewwww!!!!
We got ONE AND A HALF FEET OF SNOW!!! It's been awesome!! (For those of you who don't know, this part of Western Washington doesn't get hardly any snow, and the last time it got this much my mom was a kid)
The coolest part was that my Grandma Tyrrell got stuck with us, and today marks a whole week that she's been staying at our house!!!
Now, you may be thinking "she must have power now, since she is online." Actually, as far as I know, there STILL isn't power at my house. My bro' John came in his four-wheel-drive car and took me to my bro' Garrett's apartment in Everett so that I could go to school this morning (which is where I am right now). The only downer is that I am not sure how school is going to go, since I haven't been able to do any of it (it's on the computer) the past few days. I think it'll be fine, but I'm not sure. Please pray about that. Now I'm curious what tonight holds...they say MORE SNOW!! Then again, they say we'll wake up to RAIN tomorrow morning.......

R U going to go to Heaven?
|
|
If you'd like to be certain that you will go to heaven when you die, all you have to do is believe that you're a sinner ("for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." Romans 3:23), that "the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord," and that "if you confess with you mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." It is that simple.
